After searching for Waris Nihari for two days we found the place on a Sunday when the Anarkali Bazaar was still not open for business. Mr. Waris was at the shop dispensing Nihari for customers. He was so kind to let us video his shop and let us interview his workers. He insisted not to take our money (we paid any ways). The taste of the thick red-brown stew is so rich and meaty. I've not tated anything like this beef stew before. The taste was amazing. And the khamiri roti was the only way to go. I didn't care for the shirmaal though.
